Sig Tag Overview

The sigtag are 170 pixels width x 80 pixels height. 250 pixels totals, which is the rules for the PhotoImpact International Board. If you decide to make animation from it, try to keep it under 30 kb. Those on dial-up will be greatfull that you did and your sigtag will load faster and everyone will be happy.

Each little character have different view, you could choose, back, front and side. Also you could choose to have them position on the left side or right side of your sig tag.

Each category have it's own layer, so if you have chosen a skirt and decide to have a pair of pant instead, don't forget to click on the remove from the same tab category or you will end up with a skirt and a pair of pant on the same character.

You could also clear your workspace and start all over by cliking on the red button at the top of the workspace.

You could either save your sig tag as gif or png format. To add some text open in PhotoImpact and type in your text and save. The workspace you add your object is transparent, only the object you have add to it will be save.

If you would like to make an animation sig tag from it, save each sig tag as a gif format and open in UGA5 (Ulead Gif Animator5) using the wisard to open your images.

Here is an example of sig tag use to make an animated Sig tag.

It could be less complex than the one I did here, just to show you it could be done. And if you add some text it could be fun like this.

Have fun and don't forget to show us your sigtag at the PhotoImpact International board.

Tutorial: Title: Random Sig Tags using PHP You would love to have a random sigtag showing in your post at PI International board ? This is an excellent tutorial written by Marlene LaVarta owner of Crabby Graphics. With all the lovely Sigtag we have at the Siggie Bank you could have some Random one showing.

Special Thanks to Marlene to let us have a link to her tutorial.
